Patrick McCartney
Managing Director, Dorlin Consultants Limited

Patrick has nearly 30 years of experience as a senior executive with a large multi national corporate company, majoring on commercial, financial and IT management issues with particular emphases on management processes, organisation, governance, value and performance measurement, and risk assessment. He launched Dorlin Consultants Limited at the end of 2002 in order to bring his experience to bear on helping small-to-medium sized business make effective use of IT. Patrick worked as an independent consultant since March 2003, after leaving Michelin Tyre plc where he worked as a Company Secretary for over 28 years within their distribution company ATS Euromaster Limited. Latterly he project managed the change management of the company moving from eight separate companies to one central organization. As part of this process there was significant re-engineering of all processes including examining outsourcing of certain areas of the business to produce significant savings on both costs and management processes. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and Business Economics, obtained at Strathclyde University.

Andy K Gaur

Andy Gaur, a technology sector professional, founded his first company, Compunnel Software Group, Inc. in 1989. Beginning with a personal investment of $110,000, Andy’s entrepreneurial drive quickly turned the company into one of the fastest growing software and consulting organizations, serving several Fortune 1000 companies and notching up over $25 million in annual sales. The five successive years saw triple digit revenue growth, and, in 1997, Compunnel was ranked 39 on Inc. Magazine's "500 fastest growing companies" survey.

Andy's success is underlined by the numerous awards he has received, such as "Enterprise Company of the Year" from the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and "Internet Innovator Award" and "Internet Excellence Award" from Technology New Jersey Inc. Andy has funded seven startup information technology companies, all of which are wholly or partially owned by Compunnel Software Group, Inc. He holds executive or board positions in each of these companies. Ficon, a communication software firm started by Andy, was created with an initial investment of $250,000 and sold for over $200 million. Andy’s presence among New Jersey's top 40 business people under age 40 short listed by both Business News New Jersey and New Jersey Monthly is also recognition of his techno-preneurial foresight.

Andy heads InfoPro Worldwide, which has been providing IT consulting, application development, and e-learning services for nearly fifteen years now. Andy holds a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

Harry Thomas Schonherr
Director

Harry brings over 20 years of techno-commercial-operation and finance experience in hardware, software, solutions, managed services development and business management to InfoPro Worldwide. He has extensive international experience through working, living and traveling worldwide in different management positions in Channel Development & Management, Customer Service & Retention, Operations Management, and Corporate Finance.

Prior to InfoPro Worldwide, Harry served as the Director for Operations and General Manager for the PC based CAD/CAM solutions division of Computervision INC, a $20 million organic grown business operation where he was responsible for all aspects of sales and improving operational performance to support the company’s aggressive commitment to growth and profitability through direct and indirect channels. Served as Managing Director of a distribution division of General Electric focusing on technical solutions of complex infrastructure delivery through VARs, system integrators, independent software vendors, corporate resellers, and direct accounts. Scope of role involved deal structuring/negotiations resulting in phenomenal business growth from $2 million to $250 million over a ten-year period and expanded the portfolio of product/service offerings. Most recently Harry served as Director in Spear focusing on the technical delivery and solutions for the group.

Harry holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, from Saint Leo College, Tampa, FL, USA, from where he graduated Summa cum Laude.

Ashish Kumar
Director

Ashish brings over 16 years of techno-commercial experience in software development and business management to InfoPro. He is the head of all activities of the company in India. As a founder director of the company in India, he established the company from "grounds up" in India and established all the operational systems & processes to smoothly run the company. Besides this, he is also the business head of Business Solutions Group of the company that provides IT solutions to the Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) all over the world. Among other services, this group offers websites, portals, creatives, internet applications, search engine optimizations, enterprise applications services. He is responsible for forging strategic partnerships and alliances to drive InfoPro's growth. He manages worldwide sales, marketing, product development, support, operations, and business development activities for Business Solutions Group. Prior to InfoPro, Ashish worked with NIIT in their e-learning division and designed some of the most prominent CBT Engines used by NIIT at that time including the HyperLEARN series. Ashish was responsible for starting the e-learning business of InfoPro in 1994.

Ashish holds an MCA from J.N.U., India, and an Honors Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University.
